Welcome to Praise the Savior. The agreement with the author/user (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the services provided by the private author of this site, doing business as "praisethesavior.org." By pressing the "Agree" button at the bottom of this page, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

This organization accepts the Scriptures as God's will and all sufficient rule of faith and practice. For the purpose of maintaining general unity, any person wishing to publish their material on this site has to accept the Tenets of Faith.

Praisethesavior.org may modify this agreement at any time without notice. Praisethesavior.org reserves the right to charge prices deemed reasonable for a subscription to the Newsletter. The author hereby waives any compensation, remuneration, or the right to participate in all types of distribution or gain that praisethesavior.org may receive as a result of the publication and/or posting of any material submitted.

MP3: As the author or artist, I agree to submit an MP3, no larger than 7 Megabytes that contains a preaching, sermon, Bible study, and music for publication on the Internet.  

I hereby grant praisethesavior.org the nonexclusive right to reproduce and distribute the MP3.  I guarantee that the MP3 that I’ve submitted is authored by me, and that the music (when applicable) is my interpretation and that it does not infringe on the rights of third parties, or violates copyright laws.   

The author/user of this site guarantees that the sermon, preaching, or Bible study submitted for publishing has been authored by him/her, and that it does not violate copyright laws.  Or that he/her is authorized to submit the material.     

Publication: As the user/author, I agree to provide to praisethesavior.org  a copy of my material for future publication on the Internet. I hereby grant parisethesavior.org the non exclusive right to reproduce, publish and distribute the content by means of email, and website publication.  Also, I guarantee praisethesavior.org that the content is original work and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties and/or that I have the authorization to submit this material and enter into this agreement.   

License: The author retains ownership of the content of the publication. Praisethesavior.org is only a custodian of the content and its liability is limited to electronic publishing on the Internet and the Newsletter to subscribers. By sending your material, you are granting praisethesavior.org the license to:

a) display the content on the Internet and on other places, and allow others (including without limitation affiliates and customers of praisethesavior.org) to do the same, and

b) show reduced or summarized versions of the content on the Internet and other places, and allow others to do the same, and

c) charge a price for the subscription of the Newsletter for sending the selected material.

Parisethesavior.org is not responsible for any misuse of the content by others, and may take the appropriate legal action against the named third parties. This authorization refers to the non-exclusive publishing of the content on the Internet; the author hereby expressly waives any rights of a financial nature that he/she thinks that he/she may have.  The publication is free of charge to the author/user and is done in good faith.

Copyright Protection: Parisethesavior.org is fully committed to the protection of copyright, if you believe that the content of parisethesavior.org violates the author's right of publication (copyright), you must notify us by sending of the following:

a) personal data: name, address, phone number and email address of the claimant;

b) The exact and complete content of the protected material that allegedly violates or infringes the author’s copyright, as well as the material’s precise location within praissethesavior.org.   

c) expressed and clear declaration that the use of the indicated content has been made without the consent of the author allegedly infringed;

d) expressed and clear statement by the claimant, that the information provided in the notification is exact and that the publication of the content constitutes a violation of his/her copyrights.  This notification shall be made using the email form provided for you on the page.   

Standards: It is prohibited to provide Praisethesavior.org any Content that:

a) infringes third party intellectual property or publicity rights

b) violates any law or regulation

c) is defamatory, obscene or pornographic

d) contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms (worms) or any other program that tries to damage, interfere with or impair any system, data or personal information

Content Filter: Because the owner of this site desires to maintain a sound doctrine and guard the integrity of this site, all material submitted will be personally reviewed and will have to be approved before it is published.  Once your material is approved, it will be published on our site. Additionally, once a month a sermon or Bible study will be sent to the subscribers of the Newsletter. The subject material may reflect denominational differences; however, praisethesavior.org reserves the right to not post any material that does not conform to the "Tenets of Faith," or that promote hatred, racism, or cults, and/or that is vulgar or otherwise inappropriate.

Illegal Publication: In the event that we receive a notice of illegal content, praisethesavior.org reserves the right to remove the Content from the server without prior notice to the submitter.

Hold Harmless: The author/user HEREBY indemnifies and holds harmless praisethesavior.org and its owner from any of all claims, judgments and actions, including all costs of defense attorney fees incurred in defending against same, arising and related to the use of praisethesavior.org. 

In the event that any claim or suit is brought against praisethesavior.org and its owner, the author/user will pay for legal counsel chosen by praisethesavior.org and its owner to defend against same. 

This Agreement shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida.
